Auto Search ("we", "us", "our") provides marketing, advertising, and AI automation services to automotive businesses in the United States. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it — both for visitors of this website and for the contacts we reach out to as part of our outreach services. • Business contact information we source: if you are a dealership or automotive business we reach out to, we may have obtained your business's publicly listed phone number, email, or website from public business directories, your own website, or similar public sources, in order to contact you about our services.
• Call and message content: if you speak with us by phone or SMS, calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and follow-up purposes, and message content is stored so our team can respond appropriately.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to your inquiries and book/manage appointments.
• To provide, operate, and improve our advertising and automation services for clients.
• To reach out to prospective business clients about our services (business-to-business outreach).
• To analyze website performance and improve our content.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate (each bound by their own data protection terms), including:

• Telnyx — phone calls and SMS/WhatsApp messaging.
• Supabase — secure database hosting for storing contact and appointment records.
• Brevo — transactional and outreach email delivery.
• Google — calendar scheduling for booked appointments, where applicable.
• Vercel — website and application hosting.

5. Cookies

This website uses a minimal set of cookies:

• Essential cookies: required for the site and booking flow to function (e.g. remembering your cookie preference).
• Analytics cookies (only after you accept): help us understand which pages are useful, so we can improve the site.

You can change your cookie choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, or by contacting us to have any related data deleted.

6. Data retention

We keep contact and appointment records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services or as required by law, and delete or anonymize data on request (see Section 7).

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your data, and to object to being contacted by us. To exercise any of these rights — including being removed from our outreach list — email sales@auto-search.co and we will act on it promptly.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (including access controls and row-level security on our databases) to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
